We met Jane at an open house in January and invited her to evaluate our home, along with four other agents. After carefully thinking about the process, we decided at the time to stay put, and we let Jane know that when we did decide to move, she would be our first call. Over the next four to six weeks, Jane would keep in touch asking how we were, and finally let us know that another house on our street had sold for over the asking price. We agreed to spend one more day out and about looking at what our budget could get us.We made a list of four to five homes and we were on our way. While we were out Jane mentioned that another home on the same street as a home we were visiting just came on the market and she had made an appointment for us. My wife, Alice and I listed and sold our home with Jane Thuet. We had to manage the purchase of a property, prior to the sale of our own at the time, leaving our fate in the confidence of a young and eager agent who I must say, left us with a great first impression.
